Why it exists
Sales are easy to see. Profit is not.
Every store and marketplace gives you a dashboard of sales. Almost none can tell you what is left after the cost of the goods, the courier, the payment fees, the returns and the ads, because those live in different places and some of them nobody records at all.
The gap is widest for sellers who take cash on delivery, where an order is not money until a courier hands it over, a refused parcel costs the trip both ways, and the cash comes back in batches with deductions. ProfitIQ began with those problems, and it is where much of its depth comes from.
It has grown into software for any seller: one ledger for every channel, one formula for every order, and figures that say plainly when they are incomplete.

How we decide what ProfitIQ shows
Honest numbers
A cost we do not know is never shown as zero, a return we cannot price is never guessed, and an order with no campaign is never given one. If a figure is incomplete, ProfitIQ says so.
One formula
Profit is calculated once, in the database, the same way for every order and every channel. The rules are written down in plain language first, and the code follows them.
Read-only by default
Store and ad connections read what they need to calculate profit and change nothing in your accounts. You decide who on your team sees what.
Every change explained
When a number moves, because a cost arrived late or a courier stated its real charge, the old value, the new value, the time and the cause are kept.
