Built in Karachi for cash-on-delivery sellers

ProfitIQ started with the problems of selling on cash on delivery in Pakistan: couriers that pay you in batches, withholding taxes, refused parcels and dollar ad bills. It now works for sellers anywhere, and keeps that depth.

What is different here

The tools COD sellers actually need

Each of these exists in the product today.

  • Leopards and TCS tracking

Parcel status and charges are read from the couriers’ own APIs. Trax, PostEx, Call Courier, Rider, BlueEX, Swyft and M&P are recognised and costed too.

  • Withholding tax, separated

Leopards payment invoices deduct income-tax and sales-tax withholding. ProfitIQ tracks both separately at your own rates, so you dispute only the shortfall the tax does not explain.

  • Revenue when the cash is real

A COD order earns revenue when it is delivered. Orders still on the road are shown as awaiting delivery, so a busy day of new orders never reads as a profitable one.

  • Rupees and dollar ad accounts

Report in Pakistani rupees. Ad accounts billed in dollars are converted at each day’s rate, so profit after ads is in one currency.

  • Daraz by CSV

Export orders from Seller Center, put them in ProfitIQ’s order template with Daraz in its Platform column, and import them: they are matched to your SKUs and costed beside your other channels. A native Daraz connection is planned.

  • Pay in rupees

Paid plans can be paid by local bank transfer in rupees as well as by Wise or PayPal. Support is based in Karachi.
