How it works

How the CSV import works

  1. Export your orders

    Download your orders from Daraz Seller Center as a CSV file.

  2. Import the CSV

    In ProfitIQ, open Orders, choose Import CSV and download the order template. Copy your orders into it with Daraz in the Platform column. Each SKU is matched to your products so its cost is applied.

  3. See your profit

    Your Daraz orders appear in the same profit dashboard as your other channels.

Data and security

Your data stays yours

Read-only by default

When the Daraz connection launches, it will be read-only.

Encrypted

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access tokens and API keys are encrypted before they are stored and never kept in plain text.

Isolated per business

Row-level security in the database means one business can never read another’s data.

No third-party sharing

Your data is never sold, rented or disclosed to outside parties. It is used only to provide your analytics.

Daraz questions

Is the Daraz integration available now?

Available today via CSV import. Native Daraz Open Platform sync is planned and will be read-only. You can bring Daraz orders into ProfitIQ today: export them from Seller Center, copy them into ProfitIQ’s order template with Daraz in its Platform column, and import that CSV — they are then costed and reported alongside your other channels. A native Daraz Open Platform integration that syncs orders and the commission, shipping, and payment fees Daraz deducts is on our roadmap.

Is the Daraz connection read-only?

The CSV import reads only the file you upload. The planned direct connection will be read-only: it will never change anything in your Daraz account.

Can I use Daraz with my other sales channels?
