How the connection works
Connect at launch
When the integration launches, you will connect your TikTok Shop account through TikTok Shop’s official authorization flow. Access will be read-only.

Is the TikTok Shop integration available now?
Coming soon. Access will be read-only order, product, and settlement data via the TikTok Shop API. ProfitIQ will connect to the TikTok Shop API to sync your orders, products, and settlement data, so you can see your real profit after platform commission and fees, not just gross sales. This integration is being finalised — in the meantime you can import TikTok Shop orders by CSV, using ProfitIQ’s order template with tiktok_shop in its Platform column.
Is the TikTok Shop connection read-only?
Yes. When the TikTok Shop connection launches it will be read-only: it will never change anything in your account.
